There are a few things you can do to get the best performance out of your router.

Check your device is:

• Plugged into power only, i.e. the ethernet cable should NOT be plugged into a phone socket
• Elevated off the ground, on a bench or table.
• At least 1m away from large electronic devices. Don’t hide it behind your TV!
• Away from thick internal walls
• With a line of sight outdoors, or if possible near the window.
