At the end of your plan, you can easily renew to stay connected. We’ll contact you by email ahead of the end of your plan, and we can seamlessly extend or renew your existing connection. If you don’t choose to renew your plan your equipment is yours to keep and is unlocked to work with any UK network, you can start a new Connectivity plan with us at any time.
