All of our 4G and 5G router plans have a 14-day cancellation period, during which you can end your contract without any penalty. After this 14-day period, your contract will be subject to an exit fee of 3 times your usual monthly payment. For example, in plans with a £49 a month payment, the exit fee will be £147.
