At the end of your plan

As of May 2023, we no longer require routers to be returned at the end of your plan.

If your plan began before this date, at the end of your contract, you’ll be sent a pre-paid return label and return instructions by email. Please package your router in the box it came in and return it to your nearest Hermes parcel shop, which you will be sent details of at the same time as our return label. Once your router has been received and tested, we will initiate the return of your £100 deposit.
